Issue Description:
When playing with the Psyker keystone “Disrupt Destiny”, you often get periods of several minutes where not a single enemy gets marked.
Steps to Reproduce:
I believe that the bug starts when somebody who isn’t you kills your mark but I’m not sure. It’s also hard to research since the talent doesn’t work at all in the meat grinder.
