Theres also multiple Maps / Areas where this happens with the Demonhost directly on Totem

Why?

Missing 250 skulls is not the end of the world. You make a choice, is completing the event slightly quicker worth the risk that youre team cannot deal with a daemonhost.

Because i don’t think that it is intentional that the DH spawns right at the Totem
