Crusher Indignatus force-charge animation slows player

Given in prior patches every single other weapon with a charge mechanic was made such that the user wouldn’t be slowed by the animation when activated, I can’t help but believe this has to be a bug from legacy updates before those… Especially since it seems the Crusher’s always been a bit behind on updates, what with the whole " Crusher can’t crit" bug of the past among others.

So yeah… Please fix the Crusher’s severe movement speed penalty bug when activating the force-charge animation.

I think this is a goofy exploit protection to keep you from stunning enemies and booking it. Feels terrible in game though I agree.
