Indignatus Crusher powered animation causes slowdown

Issue Description:
The Indignatus Crusher is currently the ONLY weapon in the game which features the early and pre-patch state of powered weapons’ slowdowns… It applies during the power-up animation itself, slowing the player character immensely and making it difficult to power up as one approaches the enemy unless also using the Zealot’s rush to close the gap.
I can only consider this a bug or a mistake… Because it makes no sense to have on the weapon and it feels absolutely terrible to play.

Steps to Reproduce:
Power the Indignatus Crusher and try to walk or run.

Mission Name (If Applicable):
N/A, applies in all missions.

Platform:
Steam.

Player ID:
???

Approx. Time of Issue & Timezone:
Literally any time I boot up the game and play.

Reproduction Rate:
Constant (100%)

Upload Supporting Evidence:
No evidence required, anybody with a computer capable of running the game can demonstrate the issue… And any player that’s used the Crusher Indignatus in-game will tell you that yes, the weapon slows you when powering it up; unlike literally every other powered weapon in the game ever since a patch that came shortly after the game’s release which removed said slowdown.

Upload Console Log & darktide_launcher.log:
Unnecessary.

Also, heard someone mention before that this slowdown may be to prevent hit-and-runs…
But the only thing it prevents is approaching the enemy swiftly via walk/sprint, as the Zealot’s rush ability can be used shortly after powering up to engage the foe.

Furthermore, the slowdown doesn’t last long after the animation to power up finishes, allowing a swift retreat after having swung to knock down the enemy.

So not only does this slowdown during the animation not prevent the strategy, but it hampers normal movement towards the enemy and in general just feels awful.

There’s a good reason the slowdown to powered and revved weapons was totally removed in early patches of Darktide. I suspect the slowdown of the Crusher Indignatus is an accident, the result of pulling code for powered weapons and slapping it on the weapon… But without applying the new patches which removed said slowdown, thus causing a sort of ‘legacy patch bug’.
