Issue Description:
Crusher and mauler overhead attacks now deal full damage to you even at 100% toughness and it didnt work like that before patch #9.
Is this intended because its not mentioned in the patch notes
Steps to Reproduce: get hit with a crusher or mauler overhead attack at 100% toughness and see it go right through to health damage
