Just downloaded the new patch, and everytime I try to launch my game, it crashes on start up, and bounces that error message back to me. I’ve verified the files twice, to no avail. Any solutions?

Sadly the GUID here doesn’t provide us with much information. Is this still an issue for you? Do you have any crash dumps generated (typically found in C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\crash_dumps)
Keep getting
error-code 30005 (StartService failed with 1450.)
Then I click close game and it says on the launcher as well

Sometimes this error can be quickly and easily resolved by exiting and reopening Steam as an administrator (right-click the Steam icon and choose ‘Run as administrator’). Try this, and let us know if you have any success.
Waiting one more day to resolve this problem, looks like it’s problem of your anti-cheat system. After a day i will create refund in steam.
