Crashing 100% when I open hotkeys or when trying to complete training

Issue Description: I started the prologue, opened the hotkey menu mid point, it crashed my game. I opened the game back up, was able to get up to the training point, just before additional training. My game now crashes EITHER when I open the hotkey menu OR when I get to the part in training after I use my F key to use abilities. I’ve tried logging on different computers and it seems that my hotkeys are saved server side? So It has crashed on all three computers.

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

They are looking into this but they also admitted that the bug’s not that important, and someone will deal with this later. Or not (since it’s not on a list of the known issues). It’s here since the beta release so I suggest to refund the game until u can.

Every crash fix is important, but we are having to prioritise and deal with them systematically.

We will get to it. I can appreciate it’s a very frustrating issue, so I’ve made some noise internally about it, and will continue to chase it!
