100% Crash no matter what I do

Issue Description:
The game launches with no problems, I select or make a character, then press start a loading screen comes up after a few minutes the game crashes and I get a crash report.

my graphics driver is up to date.
I have tried disabling my security system multiple times
verified game files multiple times, I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it onto different hard drives
windows is up to date
