Crash and Bug at launch, cannot play. I just bought the Kruber career

I recently reinstalled the game to play with the new Career (just bought!), but when i Launch the game this happens:

I unistalled the visual CC++, reinstalled them, then did a clean install of drivers and checked files integrity. But this still happens. Pretty tired tbh, I wanted to jump in the game with Kruber as i just bought the dlc, but…
