Could we get some rationale behind changes?

Yeah, I don’t really understand why people care so much about not doing too much damage. In V1, good groups shred Rogers in literal seconds and it doesn’t remove the fun from the game because it makes it easier to dynamically balance the environment. Also means they can give you multiple rogers in Last Stand and subsequent ones don’t go down so easy after you’ve busted your nut on the first.

FS did not remove damage cape. FS moved cap to bosses from players.

This change was made to synchronize damage between players.

At least that’s what FS say. Not sure how this is going to work in reality is usual.
