Hey if anybody knows how to resolve this I purchased the kerillian tirsyth garmet from the ps4 store says its installed but its not coming up in game?

Kerillian’s ‘Tirsyth Garment’ is actually for Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide, as opposed to Vermintide 2. 
Regrettably not a lot we can do here other than recommend you contact PlayStation Support, who can hopefully refund it for you.
