I just purchased the remembrance hood and it got rid of my hair. This sucks cause I spent money on it and now i dont even want to wear it… why is there no cosmetics preview? i would not have paid for it if i knew it would look like that. and on top of that there is no way to refund so im just stuck with a cosmetic that i wont even use. either i hope they offer a refund for it or fix the hair issue…

I’m in the same boat. Preview should be required for any cosmetics shop. Now my character is bald under the hood. It’s a female.
