Coruscation geyser cast is not affected by power

Issue Description (Required):

The burn damage from Coruscation’s geyser is not affected by power but is still affected by Famished Flames.
The burn damage after the geyser is affected by power.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  • Use Coruscation staff M2 with and without power bonuses

Reproduction Rate (Required):

Constant (100%)

Platform (Required):

PC - Steam
