i have like less than 1k plasteel and like 100k diamantine. my friends are in shambles too. rat game had a huge QoL update years ago fixing dust in a similar manner. literally that same problem here. ez fix?

I believe that FS is kind of frozen by indecision or something similar, Deer in the Headlights style, for the crafting system. I think they realize almsot everyone hates it, but they don’t know what they want it to look like and function. So we’re stuck with what we have, with no real tangible progress on it besides the small but nice change we get with the Auric Mission board update.
I feel You… 7,5k of plasteel and 73k of diamantide. Before I’ve levels up Psyker, I had 40k of plasteel and 85k of Diamantide.
I don’t see the point in having diamantine exist only to be converted into more plasteel. That makes it redundant and an extra step for no real benefit.
Either remove diamantine completely, or, even better, have it actually do something, such as being the currency to upgrade blessings/perks/stats and break locks, or something along those lines.
i mean… its infinitely more hate-able if the system we have now that they know that we dont like also has us at zero plasteel. makes no sense. its bad with a bad economy in it w/ no conversion. i have alot of hours, play everyday, and im broke.
More ways to get more plasteel, like Hadron gives you some for the weapon you give to her when exchanging for Blessing unlocks or change the whole upgrade costs, like plasteel costs on consecration only applies to two first levels when upgrading profane, the final levels would cost diamantine…

The weird mismatch of crafting material usefulness is, to me, one indicator that we’re largely still in minimum viable product territory.
