Controller "Always Dodge" Function

The always dodge setting seems to not always dodge. Inputting forward movement even with this setting and still jumping is very welcome. My complaint is dodging side to side or any way, even with a slight delay before the next input, jumps and causes the action to waste a real opportunity to dodge.

Steps to Reproduce:
Input dodge repeatedly with or without delay
