Constantly "lost contact with host"

Issue Description:

1 to 5 min into the game i get “lost contact with the Host” about 2 or 3 times, than it kicks me out and tries to reconnect to host until the timer runs out, and I’m back into the tower.

When I’m host, everyone else in the lobby has a really bad connection and keep’s disconnecting.

During the disconnects my ping stays around 40-90 (green at all times)

This issue only occurs with with Vermintide 2, dark tide and every other games works fine.

I currently have ATT Fiber with 300 mbps download and 300 mbps upload.

I tried enabling the ‘Small Network Packets’ option within the ‘Network’ panel
I switched from Cat5 to wifi
I set my modem to IP Passthrough “Default Server”
I tried reinstalling the game on a different drive

Steps to Reproduce:

I just join any game, but it does seems that i can play a little longer before disconnects when I play chaos waste lands (sometimes)

  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload user_settings.config:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2
  4. Locate the user_settings.config in this directory
  5. Upload here
