Issue Description:
I believe ever since the start of this year my game have been constantly freezing left and right. It shouldn’t be a issue with performance because there are no frame drop whatsoever only freezing once a couple second then it goes back to perfectly normal framerate, and changing the graphical settings from low to highest or highest to lowest have no impact. ive also tried to reinstall and disable all mods but nothing changes. This occur both when I’m the host or when I’m in another’s game.

Failing this, then please try disabling background applications, in case an external application is the cause:
Press the Windows key
Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
Deselect ‘Load startup Items’
Reboot your PC
If the issue no longer occurs after having performed the Selective Startup, try re-introducing your programs one-by-one to determine which is the culprit.
