Constant Error 3001, unable to load in at all

constant errors and exit to main menu from starting the game and trying to load into Mourningstar. Error 3001/Error 3013. did all of the recommended fixes, allowed firewall, flushed DNS, wiped AppData and verified through Steam, did a PC and router reboot, tried switching from wi-fi to mobile data. none helped.
overall the error was popping up from time to time since I started playing, but a game restart and a couple extra tries would normally help. since last patch I get the error very consistently, up to now being completely unable to log in despite the fixes. if it helps, region is Russia.

This has been an issue for our Russian players, unfortunately. I regret to share we don’t have any updates on it at this time.

thank you for the response! I love the game and have over 1400 hours on it by now, so I’m not looking for a refund. just wanna ask if the issue is being currently looked into? and if so, I’m hoping to see updates on it soon. thanks again!

so, I’m not sure if this is of any help, but here’s a console log, no mods installed.

tried loading in first and got an error 3001 once again, closed browser in the background (Opera), tried once more and managed to load. might be an issue with maybe conflicting browser extensions? proxies, vpn, etc.

I personally do not use a VPN, but have proxy extensions, so I’m thinking something like that might be the problem, but there were times in the last couple of days where the game would either 1. not load even with nothing else open in the background after trying to troubleshoot (with wiped appdata, after a pc reboot and a file check through steam) or 2. load with browser active in the background, even with sites specifically accessed via a proxy.

anyway, I’ll keep an eye out on it.

Hello, im a player from Russia and the only way that ive gotten the game to work is by constantly hitting play on the operative selection until the game starts and loads into the lobby. So far this is the only way to actually play, side note it appears that this statergy does not work in the morning or early afternoon only evening time which is very strange. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

i still consistently get it everyday. slightly more in early hours (5-8 AM UTC usually), and even though it’s quite annoying I understand that this issue seems to have been a thing for quite a long time now, not just in Russia, and probably isn’t very easy to troubleshoot/fix with a simple patch.

having nothing open in the background(for me, especially proxy applications/browser with a proxy) seems to make loading into the game actually more probable.

but a lot of times after a match or two, the game boots to character select, after which it just gives error 3001/3013 on trying to load in again. game restart normally helps.

do you use any proxies? big ones for me were goodbyedpi or zapret, another one i noticed is a specific youtube extension for browsers. without them open in the background, game usually loads much more consistently for me.
