Consecrating Weapons Does Not Increase Modifiers

Issue Description:
After discussing with friends and comparing the statline of a weapon from Grey to Blue, the modifiers never increase for any weapon upon consecration, despite indicating they have a chance to do so.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Get a weapon you would like to consecrate
  2. Go to The Shrine of the Omnissiah
  3. Note the statline of the weapon
  4. Consecrate the weapon
  5. Observe none of the statline numbers have changed

Been reported before, it’s a UI bug. Confirmed by Dev previously that no stat increases is the intent.

Where’s that dev confirmation?

I suppose I can just wait til tomorrow and see if the bug is gone

Upgrading the items gives you extra bonuses but keeps the modifier
