Congratulations, you have somehow made the Skulls event even lamer than last year

I like the Event but mainly due to the Modifier / Totems. With High-Intensity on Auric Damnation its really fun; got to kill over 1k Enemies alone multiple times and more Bosses in them too - the Totems look cool too, add something new to the Maps and more Story / Immersion what the Cultists are up to. Definitely better than nothing.

Also its not grindy at all. You get like over 800 per Match and only need 12k in total; i did it in two days

Who cares about events? Theyre worthless unless youre a new character and I usually dont even complete them cuz then i have to go toggle over some picture frame or some other dumb trinket i dont care about and id rather not. Its great resources for noobs but outside it doesnt do anything for me.

You both must not being playing at high enough difficulty? It does summon at least one monstrosity most times and is usually preceded by a captain. I heard at least one person surprised at that after stating he had been playing heresy so maybe that’s only on damnation.

You had the event pop on a mael? I’d love to see that.

then it was HISTG. dunno, i joined and @Index chose the map for the skulls event. i just go where the Emperor sends me.

but you’re right, i can’t wait for the update where we can choose the difficulty, even if it’s just for the maps in rotation atm.

auric damnation HISTG usually and the lame hi int when nothing else was up cause i wanted the event done before side effects kicked me down 4 days straight again :face_with_spiral_eyes:

i wish events were in maelstrom also, but for some reason the devs seem to keep deciding otherwise :man_shrugging:

as for the boss spawns, 9/10 when attacking the totem around 5-10seconds in comes a chaos spawn.

depending on your pace the captain is dealt with in advance on your way there, if in doubt nuke the spawn for goes down faster and wont be a nuisance then.

very few times there was a third one in the form of BoN or Pl-Ogryn and for whatever reason the very first failed cause 3 spawns came, stuff like this should happen more often if there’s no auric maelstrom option
