well, aint playing for the “rewards” anyways.
the event was fun, enjoyed its dynamics and gameplay, so whats a portrait hardly any one recognizes as the “essential” ones to get your ass team invited gonna do?
it’s a nice gesture for those into said stuff, then again if you picked a side in the event and committed to it, why would I wear a portrait of the “opposing team”?

It’s a name that’s appended to some items in the game’s files - Ogryn characters can obtain his body armour by completing a certain milestone in the penance track.
My guess is his persona is that of the Bodyguard voice.
I say he has a Bully personality, since that’s the voice he has in the trailers and cinematics he makes any noise in.

Well, Stolen Ration event was part of, you know, “10 years of tide celebration” and people expected more since the “commemorative reward” was delayed for a while.
