Command wheel just straight up doesn't work half the time

Eg: trying to tell someone, a bot or a player, to pick up an item through the command wheel, results in no command being given for the first time. It ALWAYS works for the second time, though, even if I do not change my position or point of aim, which rules out that the problem is just bad positioning or aim. This happens even if I tag the item first, so once again, I’m definitely looking at it.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Look at item (heal, grim, tome etc)
Use the command wheel to tell a fellow player or a bot to pick it up.
Sometimes, no command will be given at all.
Repeating the action gives the command as intended.
This started happening a good couple of months ago, maybe around the time the new menu system got added to the game?

I can confirm that it is true. It happens to me too.

I was the first one to report this bug over 6 months ago and then i made another bug report about it over 4 months ago with much better information and video proof for the devs. It does not “Always work the second time” It can take up to 6 tries for it to work and can happen 100s of times a game if you play solo/duo 40-80 min games with bots like i do.
