I purchased Darktide Nov 30 2022 on Steam. Played and finally got my Veteran pretty high levelwise. High enough i remember i had a sick Bolter and Plas rifle i was using. Stopped playing for awhile then seen it was coming to Gamepass in October 23 with new traits n such and that all versions would get the upgrade/update as well. Upon restarting the game after whatever day in October i was floored to see there were NO characters saved any longer on my game…??? Wth
@Khorne_Dawg i never asked that nor said it did. I was simply using the gamepass release date as reference for around the date and time i tried to start up DTide again and found the issue.
Honestly FS community team, I know we all like to complain about the failings we see in the FS games we love, but you guys always seem to try and help with account issues like these as best you can and I for one appreciate it greatly.
I sincerely apologise if this seems like hijacking the topic, but would there be any possibility of finding out whether this is an issue being worked on or looked into? The prospect of having all of your accumulated progress disappear into the aether is genuinely terrifying, and has put me and some friends off playing ever since the first mention. We are on PC/ Steam with well over 700+ hours played.
