I’m desperately seeking your help to save my progress! 😭

Issue Description (Required):

Dear Fat Shark Support Team,

I’m desperately asking for your help with a lost game save! My original Steam account “local the guro name” (which is also my Darktide ID) became inaccessible. That account holds over 900 hours of progress in Warhammer 40,000: Darktide—a game that means everything to me. Those saved memories include my very first thrilling moments discovering this incredible game.

The account also contains:

Paid character/weapon cosmetics
Purchased Aquilas (in-game currency)
The “Imperial Edition” DLC and its deluxe cosmetic bundle

I’ve spent weeks trying to recover the account through Steam Support with no luck. Transferring my Darktide progress to my ‌new Steam account‌ is now my only hope.

To prove I’m the true owner:
:small_blue_diamond: I can provide purchase receipts for all transactions
:small_blue_diamond: Verify gameplay details only the owner would know
:small_blue_diamond: Submit any documentation you require

If you can rescue my save and let me return to Tertium and the Mourningstar, I’ll become your biggest supporter—backing all future Fat Shark projects with everything I’ve got.

This game holds a special place in my heart. Please bring me back to the fight.

Respectfully,
A devoted Darktide player

Sorry to hear about your Steam account :frowning: I can tell you’ve dedicated a lot to Darktide and it must be very upsetting to lose this. Unfortunately, at the moment we don’t have the ability to copy progress, operatives or purchases from one account to another. We previously provided a limited service to mirror an operative’s levels and non-premium currency, but this is currently on hold - we hope to resume this service in the coming weeks.

The best next step is to continue working with Steam Support (and perhaps your email provider). You may need to request that your case is escalated to another team. Providing them with as much proof of ownership as possible should help with the chances of recovery.
