Hello, I’m posting today because I’m looking to get technical support for Darktide. Today
when I logged in to play my game crashed on startup. When I booted the game back up my
Zealot character level 24 named “Cleo” was gone. My other characters were there, a
Veteran, and a Psyker, but the main character I was playing through was gone. I’ve read
through some reddit threads and posts from the past that directed me here from users who
have had similar issues in the past. I remade the character and it’s at level 1 with the same
name. Please respond when you get the chance.

Sorry to hear this. I can see Cleo the level 24 Zealot was deleted on Sat 28 Dec 2024 09:45:01 UTC.
Regrettably, we don’t have the ability to restore operatives at this time due to limitations in our backend, which I can understand is disappointing. This is something our developers are aware of.
What I can do for you is level up a newly created Zealot to match the previous level. Unfortunately, this would be without any of their previous equipment as once an operative is deleted we no longer have access to this data.
If this is of interest to you, please create the new operative and let me know once done. I’ll be able to do the rest from there.

Hello, sorry for getting back to you so late. Yes I’d very much appreciate if you did that. I have a new zealot operative that i made with the same name, Cleo, that is level 1. Thank you very much for taking the time to do this.
