Restore an Item
I know that there are issues with restoring characters… is there anything I can do here?

Operative name was Gerik. I can’t even remember what he had as I haven’t played in a while, but he was like level 200+

Sorry about this, I can see Gerik the level 30 Veteran was deleted on Thu 26 Sep 2024 09:48:02 UTC.
Regrettably, we don’t have the ability to restore operatives at this time due to limitations in our backend, which I can understand is disappointing.
What I can do for you though, is level up a newly created Veteran to level 30. Although this would sadly be without any of their previous equipment as once an operative is deleted we no longer have access to this data.
If this is of interest to you, please create a new Veteran and let me know once done. I’ll be able to do the rest from there.
