Update deleted my main character

Victor Saltzpyre what was the name of my main character Zealot. I last logged in just days ago and I logged out as to him. however after the download of the update tonight the game loaded my veteran which I basically never use.

this is my main character that I created for the very start of the game over 800 hours is practically just using him. my Zealot practically God roles on everything and replicates of the best of the best slots for curios.

please fatshark help or else there’s no point playing

Thanks for that. It looks like your Victor was deleted on Mon 19 Jan 2026 09:30:26 UTC.

Unfortunately, due to backend limitations, we’re not able to restore deleted operatives at this time. I understand this may be disappointing to hear.

However, I can help by leveling up a newly created operative to match the previous one’s level. Please note that any equipment previously associated with the deleted operative can’t be recovered, as that data is permanently removed once deletion occurs.

If you’d like to proceed, please recreate the operative and let us know once it’s ready - we’ll take it from there.

I am curious how it was deleted.

Either way I recreated Victor Saltzpyre so I guess i’m ready.
