Having to kill the mutant while still charging is too difficult to time sometimes in the course of normal gameplay, the achievement should just be for killing the mutant with the crit damage from a charge instead.
This penance was hard when I was actively trying to do it, but when I just played normally, I got it, just use an axe and try the heavy attack, timing is a bit tricky, but you should get it eventually.

Abhor the human is very easy actually. Take eviserator, charge it up with special, use dash while immidiately interupting it so you hold position, and right when you dodge his charge, you heavy attack him. Best in open area.
Really i think this penance is the easier one among harder ones.
