They have already made a statement about it.
Most changes were meant for Japan only.
The only thing that will be removed at the end for German and Austrian players are interactions with ragdolls aka. enemy corpses. (Enemies become “ragdolls” only after they die)
So we won’t be able to kick them around or dismember.
I don’t know German rules about it, but most games that come out like Dead Island 2 have such censorship.

However, I’m not defending FS and I think it’s unacceptable to censor a game after 2 years after release.
So unless their were informed that they have to remove interactions with corpses they shouldn’t have touched it at all on PC.
