In missions, I can’t type in chat. When I press enter to send message, it doesn’t appear in chat?

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1.Play mission
2.Type message in chat.
3.Send message

No, I don’t use mods

Reproduction Rate (Required):

Constant (100%)

Platform (Required):

PC - Steam

I’ve noticed this happen on occasion, often enough to stand out; probably about 5-10% of the games I’ve played over the last week have had this problem.

Tbh I feel like the chat bugs out everytime my game loses connection to the steam/internet and then I reconnect to the game again. Like I have to reboot the game for me to type in chat.
