Hi @Amaralov,

It’s likely that EAC is placing you in an untrusted state falsely.

Firstly, can you please try fully restarting your Steam client and your PC - does the error still persist?

Yes, this error still persist. I have another account steam with Vermintide 2 and same error on it to.
I reinstalled EAC like was suggested in your instruction (https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/articles/360021425793--PC-How-to-Resolve-Data-Corruption-Errors), but nothing changed.

Also i reinstalled game and error said me “Hi” again.

Hi @Amaralov, sorry to hear the issue is continuing. Just to check as we recently updated the steps in that article half hour ago - did you try the uninstall/reinstall via Powershell commands for Easy Anti-Cheat?

Yes i did it. It didn’t help.

Ah okay :frowning: in which case, could you please provide us with the following so we can take a deeper look:

Your most recent console log from a session you try to connect and encounter the EAC error message:
https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/articles/360017633918--PC-How-to-Provide-a-Crash-Report-Console-Log-Launcher-Log-or-user-settings-config

Could you also please zip the following folder %AppData%\EasyAntiCheat\ and share it here/send it in a DM to me?
(If you can’t upload it here for any reason, if you can attach it to a support ticket here that would be great too)

To do so:

  1. Press Windows + R
  2. Enter ‘%appdata%’ and press ‘Ok’
  3. Right-click on the folder ‘EasyAntiCheat’ and select ‘Compress to ZIP file’
  4. Upload the ZIP file to us

Thank you in advance!

Thanks @Amaralov

We’ve identified an unusual EAC timeout occurring between some clients and our servers. Our backend developers are currently investigating and checking our server logs to try and determine the underlying issue.

I’ll update you as soon as we know more. Thank you for your continued patience.

I can confirm I’ve followed the same steps as Amaralov and also can’t connect to any quick play games. Although, custom games still seem to work.

Don’t know what you’ve done but QP working for me again. THANK YOU… yes-yes!

Glad to hear it’s resolved! We haven’t actually done anything on our end just yet, as we’re waiting on a backend developer to review server logs. It’s possible that a timeout may have been occurring between EOS and our servers due to a temporary network or ISP issue. Curious, which ISP do you use?

I’d be interested to hear if the issue is still occurring for others, or if this may have resolved for others also :crossed_fingers:

It’s local internet provider, probably you’ve never heard about it - ENEVA (ex OBIT) in St.Petersburg (ru).

Thank you! I’ve made a note of this.
