Cant join anything besides solo

I’ve played this game forever and its been fine until yesterday, i tried joining my friends in vermintide and it would constantly give me an internal error along with my friends when they tried to join me I reset my game along with theirs countless times, reset my Xbox along with my internet twice and even reinstalled the game and cleared the cache for it I cant join any games at all whether it be quick play or my friends im completely stuck to playing solo please help
