Can't interact with Launcher

I can’t interact with the launcher menu. I see a “Fetching the latest hardware configurations” loading message. It seems like the launcher is stuck on some loading.

I tried everything listed on the link and nothing worked, I uninstalled and reinstalled to see if it would fix itself but I’m still having issues with the launcher. I still can’t click on anything in the launcher. Any ideas?
