Yeah, less than it takes for Limbsplitter to come off its cooldown, a cooldown that’s reset by an (damaging/hit) attack within that 3.5s window.
Auto-releasing (like crunch requires) also takes less time than Limbsplitter needs to cooldown (if not melee hitting anything in that 3.5.s).
I suppose 1 attack every 3.5s to “benefit” from Limbsplitter is pretty funny?
TLDR: It takes limbsplitter 3.5s to come off its cooldown, but that CD is reset by a melee hit as it’s cooling down and will keep resetting, this was the point.
at first a bit tedious but :push>light>heavy is a pretty reliable horizontal(-ish) combo that, if not unluckly interrupted at the first move due to running out of stamina, mows through hordes like the braindead lawnmower scene.
if an elite or horde puny interrupts your shove move instantly charge up a heavy and you can get back into the pattern.
this charge up is usually not Interrupted (to my knowledge you dont even need the talent for that since you dont charge it all the way to the end, just fire the heavy up is enough) so if you’re quick to adapt your pattern you can keep going regardless.
however karsolas is the “horizontal” sweep option if that the goal, radius of the branx is a bit smaller due to its slight diagonal strikes.
