Issue Description:
Doing some DPS tests for various Ogryn cleavers, I’ve discovered Bull Cleaver has bugged damage on its Light 1 and Light 2, dealing identical damage to its Heavy 1.

  2. Attack any Maniac enemy with the Bull Cleaver. Note the damage numbers.

This is by design, bull cleaver is clearly the M1 weapon for Ogryn with pointless heavies.

Even worse is the MK IV, the stabs are garbage DPS even with headshots and you actually have to use heavy attacks to fight horde.
