Krourk Mk IV Cleaver heavy attack input not always registering as heavy attack

Issue Description:
While using the Krourk Mk IV Cleaver on Ogryn, the second heavy attack (swipe) does not always register the click + hold input and just releases early and performs a light attack (stab) instead. This mostly happens during hordes.
I only have this happen with this particular cleaver so it’s not a hardware/driver issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Chain light > heavy during a horde consistently (throw in the occasional push)
  2. Watch it occasionally release early during the hold and do a light > light instead
