Bull Butcher Mk III Cleaver incorrect attack type descriptions

Issue Description:
The Bull Butcher Mk III Cleaver summary card says it uses “Strike Down” light attacks and “Vanguard” heavy attacks. However in the detailed inspect screen, its light attack chain is 3 Vanguard attacks and its heavy attack is a strike down followed by a vanguard.

Acquire and inspect a Bull Butcher Mk III Cleaver

Any time an Ogryn is equipped with a Bull Butcher Mk III Cleaver

Possible fix ideas:
a) Change the summary card to reflect the actual attack patterns
b) Change the attack patterns to reflect the summary card
