Issue Description:
If you attack as you pull out the cleaver you can skip the first slash in the combo

Steps to Reproduce:
When swapping weapons to the Bull Butcher MK III Cleaver, if you click at the same time as you hit ‘1’ you will skip the first slash in the combo. This bug makes it difficult to use the combo you intend, either light slash into heavy for crowds or heavy into special attack for single target since you will do the second slash in the combo.
