oddly enough it’s also affecting Melk.
unless this is straight discombulation atm the 3 human weapons appear to be shared by all, while ogryn can take his pick axe and commence with more DRG larping I guess.
What’s broken? This seems like a good thing, them adding the weapons to the backend before launch, to avoid the issue they’ve had in the past where new weapons (marks) weren’t available immediately upon release of an update.

Because I saw a 377 dump stat mobility bolt pistol already, but was unable to do anything about it because the game doesn’t recognize them yet, only that their store slot is gone. Crimes of the mods!
If you can’t wait until tomorrow, you could write a mod to buy them. It’s almost definitely possible to initiate the purchase, but I don’t know what’ll happen once you do!

You can buy other weapons in the shop via a mod. There’s a currently-unmaintained mod that purchased everything that met certain conditions on an interval, even if you were in-mission. So, it’s possible. You could theoretically get the item/offer info from the armoury exchange extension and then use a mod to purchase it in game.
The real question is what would happen if you purchased a weapon that wasn’t in the game yet.
As far as I can tell those mods broke forever ago from an update to how those account credentials are used on the backend. Rain made the one that let you link your account and buy stuff, he gave up on it when Traitor’s Curse came out because the function that was used is now gone.
Fat Shark says it was unintentional but seems very coincidental it happened right on an item schema update when we broke the code and made what was essentially a 3rd party app for the store. At least those lucky enough to download it got to use it for like 3 months.
I just spent a few minutes editing the Exchange-Checker mod. Here’s what I did:
And it seems to work! And that makes perfect sense, because you can do basically anything with mods that the game can do, as noted in the modding policy.
EDIT: For a second there, I thought it had just deducted my ordos and not given me the weapons , but thankfully I had taken a screenshot of the weapon I intended for it to purchase, and it is indeed in my inventory. So yea, you can still buy weapons in-game via a mod. Outside of the game, I don’t know what level of authentication you can access. If there are issues with raindish’s armoury extension, I suspect that’s where the hang up might lie.

Or, you could go to the modding Discord, get the year-old Exchange-Checker mod from the thread under #creation-showcase, make the modifications I mentioned above, and try it yourself.
That’s definitely a far reaching work around good legwork. I will still mourn the loss of the companion mod because it was not a dragnet. And I could do it at work in literally 1 second. I do not need any more items of anything that isn’t new at this point, I already have hours of inventory management to do at some point…
Ok! I was just saying that, if waiting a day for these new things to be purchasable legitimately was a problem for you, it’s likely possible via a mod today.
