Issue Summary: In some cases when you have only 1 arrow and after a shot you get it back - the bow does not recharge. The same thing happens if you didn’t have arrows, and then you got them with some perks (ammo regeneration from Waystalker, ammo for backstab from Shade).
Steps to Reproduce:
- Take bow.
- Shoot some arrows.
- Get killed because your bow won’t reload.
