Coservative shooter on xbow sometimes doesn't refund

this is something that never used to happen before. i got it twice yesterday, and a few times earlier during this same week. im only noticing it when i have one arrow left which in hindsight, is probably why i have one arrow left

Oh its that stupid thing you switched weapon before it hit target and it didn’t counted as ranged perk from weapon

same if you use waystalker ult with consevative you gonna get bunch of arrows back
