Conservative shooter bug?

Hello!

So i am not actually sure if this is a bug or not but i was informed and checked that conservative shooter can refund more than 1 ammo per shot now, which i am almost completely sure was something patched out before.

I could not find any reliable source to back me up on that though, just some reddit comment from 8 months ago suggesting it was only refunding 1 at the time even if piercing multiple.
