Longbow doesn't nock another arrow when getting hit while firing

Issue Summary: Can’t fire another arrow until you switch weapons, don’t remember if this happens on all bows but it happens on kruber’s longbow

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. shoot and simultaneously get hit, timing window is kind of small

Reproduction Rate (Choose One): Often
Once
Rare (< 10%)
Unusual (< 25%)
Common (< 50%)
Often (< 75%)
Constant (100%)
