IIRC there’s a mod, but it won’t save your progress.
My preferred method →
- Sign into Oceania server
- Queue for Damnation Maelstrom
- Nobody joins

For practice and actually choosing what mission you want there’s Solo Play. You can even select modifiers that are currently unused. There are a number of companion mods for this too, allowing you to play your rejects in place of bots and edit settings further. The caveat is you get no progress.
Here’s the actual attempt at solo play with progression. The best it can do is pull one of the scenarios from either board that was up in the last 24hrs. You have to input that ID to pull it up, and if you pick something less than 1 hour old it will still have QP flags and be invaded. Honestly I use this mod to force new maps like Rolling Steel back on QP and little else. It takes forever for it to search for a lobby, and I don’t care about pick up items at all.

Iv enjoyed using the solo play mod, my fave things about it are the auto-restart on death and the pause function, you can also set a hotkey for restarts which is nice and mess with your equipment so its great for just trying out different builds.
I personally use it with the true-solo mod to remove bots for extra spice but I know thats not what youre looking for @RickoBernardo
