Blessing Descriptions and Balance

I’m mustering up the energy to provide Fatshark with some comprehensive suggestions for blessings.

The first issue is that many blessing descriptions are still totally incomplete or wrong or misleading. There are some blessings, like Deathspitter, that actually stack up to five times (similar to fire frenzy), but the description doesn’t say it. Numerous examples of this.

The second issue is that there are some blessings that are totally eclipsed by another blessing that does the same exact thing but better on the same weapon.

HAMMERBLOW: +19-25% Impact for 1.5s on Hit. Stacks 5 times.

TRAUMA: +14-20% Impact for 2 seconds on Repeated Hit. Stacks 5 times.

So hammerblow has higher impact, and triggers on hit instead of requiring a repeat hit. Infinitely better for only 0.5s less uptime. Am I missing something?

I’d love to go weapon by weapon and provide some input.

Also, am I correct in thinking that Impact is mostly useless? Even on damnation stuff dies so fast that staggering is not needed at all.

THUNDERSTRIKE: Target receives 1-4 Stack(s) of +10% Impact if already Staggered. Lasts 5s

One of the plasma gun blessings can give up to 5 stacks based on heat level. Stacks of what? Who knows? Space bananas?

Rising Heat: Up to +5-20% scaling with Heat Level.

This one right? 5-20% of what exactly? Lol.

Typo. Should be “3s” not “3ss”

Ceaseless Barrage - there isn’t any difference between the tiers

Text runs outside of the window box and looks unpolished.

Rising heat blessing description incomplete. 5% of what!?

Armorbane Description is broken:

Deathspitter blessing continues to be incorrect after all this time. Here’s a snip from a steam guide below. Deathspitter stacks up to five times but the description doesn’t sit does.

Another visual glitch I’ve noticed - the yellow “dot” next to weapons on the Mastery tab showing you have blessing points to distribute doesn’t clear after distributing them until you exit the inventory menu entirely and come back in.

It also, at least for me, seems to be (cosmetically) ‘resetting’ my blessing allocations if I switch between tabs.
