All things I tracked so far, I thought it best to submit this in one post.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

All or Nothing

  • Tactical Axes & Sapper Shovels only: weapon trait template overrides (melee_power_level_modifier) do not apply; defaults to base trait template applying a power_level_modifier of 5% instead for all tiers (affecting DoTs)

Blast Zone

  • Rumbler only: generates first stack on first shot when in alt fire mode but generates first stack on second shot when left-clicking

Blaze Away

  • Kickback & Rumbler only: description wrong values; power per tier is 6% | 7% | 8% | 9% (not 5% | 6% | 7% | 8%)
  • Rumbler only: generates first stack on first shot when in alt fire mode but generates first stack on second shot when left-clicking
  • Inferno Staff only: wrong description mechanically; generates stacks per shot not per ammo percentage

Blazing Spirit (ranged)

  • description does not mention the max amount of Soulblaze stacks on a target (6)

Bloodthirsty

  • description does not mention the 5s time window

Brutal Momentum / Deathblow

  • description does not mention that enemy ogryn hit mass cannot be ignored anymore (since patch 1.4)

Ceaseless Barrage

  • does not scale per tier; 20% suppression and 6% damage vs suppressed for all tiers

Chained Deathblow

  • weapon trait template overrides do not apply; defaults to 10% crit chance for all tiers

Cranial Grounding

  • wrong description mechanically: procs on any weakspot hit, chained weakspot hits are not required
  • description says weakspot damage, should say finesse damage (finesse_modifier_bonus)

Deathspitter

  • description does not mention that the buff can stack 5 times

Decapitator

  • description wrong values; stack duration is 8s (not 5s)

Decimator

  • description says power, should say melee strength (melee_power_level_modifier)

Desperado

  • description wrong values; stack duration is 6s (not 2s)
  • description wrong values; crit chance per tier is 12.5% | 15% | 17.5% | 20% (not 5% | 7.5% | 10% | 12.5%)

Dumdum

  • description does not mention the stack duration of 2s

Executor

  • weapon trait template overrides do not apply; defaults to base trait template applying a power_level_modifier of 5% instead for all tiers (affecting DoTs); weapon trait template overrides specify melee_power_level_modifier
  • description does not mention the stack duration of 2.5s

Exorcist

  • wrong description mechanically: procs on any weakspot hit while an attack chain is active, does not require repeated weakspot hits like Executor or Concentrated Fire

Explosive Offensive

  • description wrong values; stack duration is 6s (not 5s)

Falter (melee)

  • has the same description as Falter (ranged) mentioning ranged stagger strength

Gauntlet Momentum

  • weapon trait template overrides (power_level_modifier) do not apply; clones the base trait template applying a melee_power_level_modifier of 5% instead for all tiers (not affecting DoTs and/or explosions)
  • wrong description mechanically: procs on any hit, chained hits are not required
  • description does not mention that stacks are dropped one by one

Hammerblow

  • description wrong values; stack duration is 3.5s (not 1.5s)

Haymaker

  • description does not mention that stacks are dropped one by one

Headtaker

  • description says strength, should say melee strength (melee_power_level_modifier)

Hot-Shot

  • the buff table in the weapon trait template overrides is inverted getting worse per higher tier: grants 80% hit mass reduction for tier 1, 70% for tier 2, 60% for tier 3, and 50% for tier 4
  • not set up as a conditional stat buff so it is active at all times buffing attacks with primary melee weapons as well

Inspiring Barrage

  • Kickback only: instead of proccing the toughness replenishment immediately on first shot, does so starting on second shot (proccing twice only on the second shot); then it procs as expected on subsequent shots; note that when equipping the weapon/spawning with the weapon and proccing the blessing for literally the first time, the toughness replenishment does proc correctly on the first shot but never ever after

Lethal Proximity

  • explosion_radius_modifier not being handled as a conditional stat buff (thereby being able to also affect regular grenades and melee weapon explosions) seems unintended

Lightning Reflexes

  • description does not mention that the electrocution effect cannot be applied again as long as it is already active on an enemy (since patch 1.5)

Momentum

  • is the only toughness blessing in the game which has ignore_stat_buffs set to false (thereby being affected by buffs and debuffs to toughness replenishment) which seems like an oversight

Murderous Tranquility

  • cannot be procced by the Force Greatsword’s own weapon special attack, which is counter-intuitive

No Guts No Glory

  • fails to set coherency regen delay to 0 while slots are occupied therefore does not proc when in melee combat

Optimised Cooling

  • wrong description mechanically: continuous fire reduces the amount of overheat generated per shot (or while charging shots)

Pinning Fire

  • description does not mention the stack duration of 2.5s

Rampage

  • description says damage, should say melee strength (melee_power_level_modifier)
  • description wrong values; stack duration is 3.5s (not 3s)

Relentless Strikes

  • description says strength, should say melee strength (melee_power_level_modifier)

Savage Sweep

  • description wrong values; stack duration is 3s (not 2s)

Showstopper

  • Inferno Staff only: description wrong values; proc chance per tier is 14% | 16% | 18% | 20% (not 5% | 10% | 15% | 20%)
  • description does not mention that only kills by DoT ticks can proc the explosion; does not proc on kills by direct fire hits

Shred

  • description does not mention the stack duration of 3.5s

Slaughter Spree

  • description does not mention the 5s time window

Smackdown

  • description wrong values; stack duration is 4.5s (not 2s)

Terrifying Barrage

  • wrong description mechanically: scales the suppression amount applied to enemies not the radius; radius is 12m for all tiers (since patch 1.2)

Torment

  • description says strength, should say melee strength (melee_power_level_modifier)

Transfer Peril

  • description does not mention that the blessing cannot proc on secondary attacks of Electrokinetic Staff and Voidblast Staff because neither attack targets weakspots

Trickshooter

  • wrong description mechanically: procs on any weakspot hit, chained weakspot hits are not required
  • description does not mention the stack duration of 3.5s

Warp Flurry
