Black screen upon trying to load in valkyrie

When I try to start a mission, after everyone confirms, my screen goes black, and I hear the loading valkyrie music, but nothing else, and it stays stuck there until I quit out. I have been able to get into the Valkyrie before, and have played full missions without encountering this problem, but since this morning, I have not been able to play a single game, with this being one of the problems.

  3. Game fades into black with valkyrie music, stays like that until I quit (Longest time felt like 5 mins)

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names

Can confirm this. I get this every 4-5 game or so since the last few patches… I have to alt-F4 out of the client. Usually don’t get a crash log or anything. Sometimes loading the game back up works fine, sometimes something gets corrupted and I have to do a verify to get the game from preventing a crash on load. When this happens it will ALWAYS CTD if I load and then try to rejoin said match. Its particularly terrible when grouped up and I have to sit a whole match out.

Just occured… ALT-F4’d because I was in a black screen with music for ~5-6 minutes…
Reloaded the game, tried to reauthorize and CTD’d
