Issue Description:
The color of the blood decals are not consistent with the blood of the enemies. The enemies have clearly red blood particles and wounds, but the decals are black. It looks very inconsistent and would be nice to see it improved. This does not seem to be on my end, as it appears this way in screenshots and videos from other players.
Steps to Reproduce:
Attack/Kill any enemy on any map.
