Best blessings for Revolver?

Also traits

What do you mean by “traits”?
In Vermintide 2, weapons only have 1 trait, which is the equivalent to Darktide’s blessings, but you are already asking about blessings in the title, so i assume that you mean something else.
Do you mean perks? Or base stats/modifiers?

Also, which mk are you interested in? There are two. They are quite different from each other, so suggested picks regarding perks and blessings might not be identical for the two.

It might also be relevant to know, which difficulty you intend to play, as well as which bonuses from talents you might have.

(I do not usually play with either of the revolvers. I have no clue about their breakpoints. Just saying that those are factors that should be considered.)

Depends on your class/difficulty but usually surgical and hand cannon with flak/maniac would be the best way to go. Zarona functions like an actual revolver while the other one has much quicker reload/shooting but does less damage and has a range damage falloff. Zarona is the best revolver imo

Crucian Roulette and Hand Cannon
Flak & Unarmored
This is on zealot btw

They added a bit of cleave to the Agripinaa in the last patch which fixed its main issue. It’s specialised in ogryn killing so I’ve started using it in specs that already have specials covered eg throwing knife zealot.

Hand Cannon is a crutch, don’t use the revolver for anti-armor. Its best use is for sniping specials and gunners, it is far too slow to be a good anti-armor weapon. My recommended blessings are Crucian Roulette and Speedload, use ADS revolver. Perks Flak/Maniac for Bomber bodyshots and Trapper/Flamer headshots - maybe replace Flak with Infested for hounds.

I should have specified I was using this on the agripinaa and dumping the mag on them and switching to melee

There’s no reason not to. I mean, we don’t know the full loadout. Zealots have multiple ways to deal with specials besides shooting, and an anti-armor setup is still very capable of killing them as is.

I build it the same way as Cosmo; flak+maniac, hand-cannon and surgical on the Zarona. Dump stat mobility.

It one-shots specials, and you can take down a crusher or two with a bit of luck on the crit rng. I’m comfortable with most enemies in melee, so I generally just want the revolver for a quick special removal (or pack deleting if it’s gunners) … then back to melee.

I’ve not really given the Agrii a run out (yet), so I guess balance my opinion with that.

If you use the Agri for specials you’ll find it clunky (but viable). Dumping five rounds into a crusher or weakened monstrosity and then reloading quickly is where it shines.
