I don’t think FS has changed any Penances since the Penance overhaul update, and I doubt they will in the future unfortunately.

Lot of terrible penances out there. Hell the Loner perk itself is also terrible because it encourages this kind of crap.

I think it’s pretty good, teaches people that meleeing shooters is a thing you can do and is often advantageous to do.
